Jaime McFall is the principal consultant for MPS and has over 24 years of experience in Operational Management, Organizational Structure, Manpower, Resource Integration, and Human Resources Management for the Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Army (DA). Additionally, Mr. McFall has a thorough understanding of HR laws, policies, procedures, concepts, and regulations covering DOD Civilian and military personnel. Mr. McFall served in the United States Army for over 20 years and retired in February 2021. His last assignment was as the Senior G-1 Program Manager for Military Personnel, United States Army Space and Missile Defense Command, located in Huntsville, Alabama. After his retirement, Mr. McFall supported multiple companies: supporting the Missile Defense Agency as a Cybersecurity Projects Engineer for Jacobs Engineering Group and the Assistant G-1 for Military Personnel supporting the Program Executive Office, Aviation for Systems, Studies, and Simulations located in Huntsville, Alabama
